Delete data
You can remove jobs yourself at any time. We also expire files automatically when retention ends.
Delete my data
Signed-in users can clear everything from Settings. For device-only (anonymous) jobs, use the dashboard multi-select or email us and we will purge matching uploads.
What can be deleted
- Source audio/video you uploaded
- Transcripts, translations, summaries, and export files
- Account email and billing records (tax retention may apply to invoices)
Immediate vs automatic
- Immediate: delete a job from the dashboard or job page — removed at once from your workspace.
- Automatic: Free 7 days · Pro and credit jobs 30 days, then purged.
Steps
- Open the job and choose Delete, or multi-select on the dashboard.
- For everything on a device: Settings → Delete all my data.
- For a full account purge: email support@voxtextor.com from your sign-in address.
