Privacy
This page is the public privacy notice for VoxTextor. It describes what we collect, why, who processes media and payments, and how long we keep it.
What we collect
- Account email (if you sign in), locale, and plan/quota state.
- Jobs you upload: source media, transcripts, translations, summaries, and exports.
- Product events needed to run the service (upload success, job status, export).
- Billing metadata when you pay: subscription status, invoice amounts and dates, last four digits and card brand as provided by our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Why
To provide speech-to-text, translation, and summaries; to enforce free-minute limits; to process subscriptions and pack purchases (via Stripe); to support you; and to keep the service secure.
Processors
Media and text are processed by our speech-to-text, translation, and summary providers solely to return your results. Customer audio and transcripts are not used to train models.
- Payments: Stripe (Stripe, Inc. and affiliates) processes card and billing data to charge subscriptions and packs, prevent fraud, and issue invoices. Card details are handled by Stripe under PCI-DSS; we only store payment-method metadata and subscription IDs. See Stripe Privacy.
- Media/AI processors: speech-to-text, translation, and summary vendors used to return your results. Processor list updates will be reflected here.
If you are in the EEA/UK/Switzerland, international transfers to processors rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.

| Plan | Source & exports |
|---|---|
| Free | 7 days, then deleted |
